Adult Ministry

For adults who want to learn more about God or continue to grow in their relationship with Him, we provide Adult Sunday Morning Bible Study. The goal of this time together is to, "Be Imitators of God," as stated in Ephesians 5:1-2. We do this by living a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us.

We express that love by spending time together, shopping together or even providing meals for the families with new arrivals.  We suggest that guests or new members try more than one class before deciding which class is the best fit for you.

Adult Missions

Living in Central Oklahoma, we are familiar with the process of rebuilding after a storm.  Sometimes loving one's neighbor looks like helping on a roof, clearing limbs or preparing a warm meal.  As a result, we have a heart to partner with other local churches in disaster relief and missions efforts.

Over the past few years, we have partnered with other local churches throughout the United States.  From Phoenix to Galveston and even New York City, we have sent construction and disaster relief teams to wherever there is a need.  We have also invested in a shower trailer that is a welcome arrival on any job site.

In our own community, we provide a ministry called We Care. This ministry provides food and clothing for those in need of assistance.  Each person who comes through the doors of We Care is provided for both physically and spiritually.  We Care is open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Fridays and uses many Adult Volunteers.

All in all, there is a class to belong to and a place to serve for every adult in the church.

Preschool Ministry

We feel that the needs of parents with young children are important. We want them to be able to worship God without the distraction of having to keep their small children entertained.  We provide childcare for children three years of age and under.

The first Friday of each month we have a Parents' Night Out - 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Children's Ministry

AWANA

Is for children 3 years old through 6th grade. AWANA runs from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. each Wednesday. AWANA Club meetings are fun and while they're having fun it produces a learning and growing opportunity.

AWANA club meetings are jam-packed with life changing experiences. The clubs are run by trained leaders with a love for the Lord Jesus Christ and a desire to help young people. The club materials are filled with verses from the Bible and guidelines to help kids memorize and understand them.

Children's Choirs

We have three choirs for children age 3 through 6th grade.   Our trained and dedicated leaders meet each Sunday at 4:30 p.m. to teach our children about Jesus, His church, and how to serve Him and worship Him through music.

Vacation Bible School

Historically, Vacation Bible School has been the most successful evangelistic tool of Southern Baptists. It is a favorite ministry of our church and we give it our all every summer.  All children age 4 through 6th grade are allowed to attend.  A large number of members take part in this ministry from serving refreshments, teaching, decorating, leading recreation, and doing crafts.
