Mark M. Walters
Senior Pastor
Bro. Mark has been pastor of the First Family since the fall of 1997. He is graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University, B. S.; Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, MDiv; and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, DMin. He enjoys sports, people, and a good cup of coffee. He has been married to his wife Janna since 1986 and they have been blessed with two sons Micah and Joshua.
Don A. Scott
Associate Pastor of Minister of Music
Bro. Don Scott and his wife Jan have been at First Baptist Church, Nicoma Park since May 1992. Bro. Don is the Minister of Music, having been called to the ministry in 1975 and serving full-time since 1980. They have three children, all of whom are in various levels of high school and college. Don's love of travel and heart for missions have taken him across the nation and around the world, sharing the gospel through music.
Stuart Pendell
Associate Pastor of Students and Young Families
Stuart is back for the second time at First Baptist Nicoma Park. Having served on staff from 2003-2006, Stuart and his wife felt God's call to seminary and moved to Fort Worth, Texas. After five years there, completing their education and serving at North Richland Hills Baptist Church, they returned to FBC Nicoma Park to serve students and young families. Stuart is married to Jen and they have a one-year-old son, Wesley. They love Husker football, playing outside, and opening up their home to their church family.
