First Baptist Church of Nicoma Park is a group of believers dedicated to strengthening the next generation of Christian leaders. The student ministry at First Baptist Church Nicoma Park is geared towards strengthening the faith of its young people and teaching them to be leaders in their schools and communities. The youth of First Baptist Church Nicoma Park are a family of 6th-12th graders who have many opportunities to serve and grow with God through Sunday School, Refuge, Discipleship Training, and Youth Choir.

Sunday School provides our students with the opportunity to study God's Word together, pray together, and even serve together in a small group context.  This allows students time to build close relationships, and get answers to those questions they would rather not ask in front of the big group.  Currently, we are doing a one-year study on the Life of Christ, but there is never a bad time to join one of our Sunday School classes. 

Perhaps you are new in town or just new to our church.  If you are considering visiting our church, we want your student to feel welcome.  We offer Sunday School classes, Worship, and our mid-week service, Refuge, for students from 6th - 12th grade.  All of our local junior highs and high schools are represented in the student ministry, so you're sure to find a friend or two when you arrive.
